There are four ways you can choose to pay for treatment at the clinic.

Administrative Charges Schedule
The charges listed here relate to short notice cancellations, missed appointments, records requests, and returned/failed payments. They are applied in accordance with the Clinic’s Terms & Conditions.
Late Cancellation Charges (<48 Hours' Notice)
• Up to 30 minutes: £75
• 45-60 minutes: £150
Missed Appointment Charges (No Notice)
• Up to 30 minutes: £95
• 45-60 minutes: £175
Copy Records Charges
• Electronic copies: £0
• Printed copies: £25
• X-rays / large digital files (encrypted USB): £50
Returned Payment Charges
• Returned / Failed Card Payment: £20
• Direct Debit Failure: £15
• Chargeback (formal dispute raised): £30
These fees reflect the reserved clinical time and any associated preparation undertaken in advance. The Clinic reserves the right to review and update this fee schedule periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website and at reception.
