Our clinic opened in Cobham in 2023 and was designed to offer a calm, comfortable and modern environment for specialist orthodontic care. The space was created with comfort in mind with bright, airy rooms and a welcoming reception area that makes it easy to settle in before your appointment.
Our team will look after you throughout your visit, guiding you from arrival through every step of your appointment so you always feel informed, supported and at ease.
Reception & The Waiting Room
When you arrive, our reception team will check you in and guide you to our bright and airy waiting room. If it's your first visit the team will guide you through the onboarding process.
You're welcome to enjoy complimentary refreshments while you settle in to the waiting area, before being invited through to the clinical area.
The Clinical Area
Your appointment will take place in one of our purpose-designed treatment rooms. These rooms are equipped with advanced technology to support precise, comfortable care. Your clinician will begin with a conversation about your concerns, goals and medical history so we can ensure your treatment plan is tailored to you.
We'll adjust the treatment chair for comfort, and if you need anything altered at any point, please let us know.
3D Imaging and Diagnostics
For many patients, part of the visit includes time in our dedicated 3D imaging suite. This state-of-the-art facility allows us to carry out detailed assessments of your teeth, facial structure, airway and jaw bones with exceptional precision.
We use a combination of advanced technologies, including 3D surface scanning, low-dose 3D X-ray imaging and ultrasound, to gather information in a quick and comfortable way.
If imaging is recommended, the process is safe,. straightforward and comfortable. Our highly trained team will talk you through each step so you always know what to expect.
Treatment Planning
Once we have gathered all the necessary information, your clinician will walk you through your personalised treatment plan.
We encourage you to ask questions at any time. Understanding your plan fully helps you feel confident and supported throughout your treatment journey.
Treatment Plan Letter
After your appointment your clinician will send you a detailed treatment plan letter, normally within 24-48 hours after your consultation.
