Your first appointment with us is a complimentary specialist assessment, led by our consultant team. It is a proper clinical assessment, not a sales appointment. We take the time to understand your situation and what matters to you, and to set out your options clearly, so you leave knowing exactly where you stand.

Most orthodontic concerns are about more than straight teeth. The teeth and the bite cannot be judged separately from the face, so we assess them together. Our consultant-led approach means your teeth and bite are considered in the context of your face and, where relevant, your breathing and airway. This is the depth of assessment usually reserved for complex care, offered here as your starting point.

After your assessment you receive a clear explanation of your options and a written plan setting out what we recommend and why. There is no pressure and no obligation. If treatment is right for you, you will understand exactly what it involves before you decide. If now is not the right time, we will tell you that too.
